The Federal Department Of Labor requires all businesses across the United States to prominently post a number of labor law posters, covering topics such as the Federal minimum wage, health & safety, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other important labor laws, in the workplace.
On this page, you can print or download PDFs of all mandatory Federal labor posters for FREE. However, be sure to check if your state has additional mandatory compliance posters.
A number of optional posters, or posters required only for certain employers, are also included on this page. Other workplace posters published by the Federal government can be found on the OSHA posters and Health & Hygiene Posters pages.
Federal All-In-One Labor Poster: Instead of printing dozens of posters, employers can also purchase an all-in-one poster covering all Federal posting requirements by clicking here .
The Federal Department Of Labor requires that all employers post these seven mandatory labor law posters in a prominant area within the workplace. Most businesses will also need to post their state's mandatory labor law posters in addition to these federal posters.
Please note that while the Department of Labor publishes a large number of notices and posters, not all employers are required to display every poster in the "mandatory" section. For example, some small businesses may not be covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act and thus would not be subject to the Act's posting requirements. However, the posters listed below are required for the vast majority of businesses.
